In this modern army, the ranks of JCOs and ORs should be renamed (i.e Inspite of saying "Havildar" say "Sargent", and saying "Subedar" say "JCO" Grade-I,Grade-II, Grade-III). The Army authorities should come forward to rename the ranks in the international style.
The term PBOR should not be used as there are already two class JCO and OR
