The company's C-Class registered a 72% growth at 253 units in April as compared to 147 units in the same month last year.
The German car maker's flagship E-Class grew by 42% in April at 178 units as against 125 units in the year-ago period.
The company sold 58 units of M-Class in April as against 10 units in the same month last year.
During January-April, the luxury car maker posted a 67% growth to 2,670 units as against 1,603 units in the same period last year.
